At onzlabs, your privacy is our top priority. This policy explains how we handle your data with our zero-storage architecture.

1. Zero-Storage Architecture

Files are deleted immediately after processing. Unlike other services that retain files for 1-48 hours, we delete all uploaded files immediately after you download the processed result. This is not a policy—it's built into our architecture.

We do not have:

  • File storage servers
  • User upload folders
  • File retention policies
  • Backup systems for your files

Your files are processed in temporary memory and deleted the moment processing completes. If your files don't exist on our servers, they cannot be breached, leaked, or accessed by anyone.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We do NOT collect any personal information. We do not require:

  • Account registration
  • Email addresses
  • Names or contact information
  • Payment information (all tools are free)

2.2 Usage Analytics

We use third-party services to understand how our website is used and to improve performance:

  • Google Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and general geographic location (country/region level only). This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
  • Performance Monitoring: We use third-party Real User Monitoring (RUM) tools to measure website performance metrics such as page load times, error rates, and user experience metrics. This helps us identify and fix technical issues.

2.3 Uploaded Files

Files you upload are processed entirely in temporary memory and are deleted immediately after processing. We do not store, retain, or have access to your uploaded files after processing completes.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use minimal cookies for:

  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to track website usage and improve our services. These are anonymized and aggregated.
  • Essential cookies: Cookies required for the website to function properly (session management, security).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. This may affect some functionality but all core tools will continue to work.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Performance Monitoring: Third-party RUM services for performance analytics only. No personal data is shared.

These services do not have access to your uploaded files.

  • Zero-storage architecture (files deleted immediately)

Since we don't store your files, there is no risk of data breaches involving your uploaded content.

Since we don't collect personal information or store files, most data rights are automatically satisfied by our architecture.
